Hi,

setup - CMA Desktop client - CMA (VBP,RMX).  When sharing content in a meeting room, clients which are on the internal network get only a black screen.  Clients which are outside, see the content.  So i suspect a firewall issue.

Is there a specific port which needs to be opened for content sharing?

Hi, please check that all relevant ports for H.323 are setup. If so everything should work as expected. Also what you should check is if the Firwall is H.323 aware, that should be deactivated. From time to time it could be that the FW is blocking it then.
