I have 4-10 video participants on the RMX.  Id like to be able to add audio uses into the bridge.   What is the easiest possible for this to happen?   We do have an external hosted audio conferencing (intercall).  Can I use them as also?

Thanks!

Hi,

Do you have any PRI's connected to the RMX?

If yes, did you define it properly under ISDN/PSTN Network Services?

In addition, you would need to add the lead number to a defined Entry Queue to enable dial-in calls to different meetings as well.

Lastly, make sure that you have the ports configured within the Video/Voice port configuration for the amount of Audio participants you wish to connect.

Thanks Daniel.   Im assuming I could also use a SIP trunk as well for PSTN services?    Just to understand the call flow, my 1500 dials the RMX number and joins a multipoint video.  Upon entry, the RMX sees the number the 1500 called and triggers an outbound call to my external audio source.  IE, 800-555-1212.   Im assuming it can then also enter bridge numbers, as well correct?

Thanks for the response!
