Hi

I try to upgrade from 7.0.1.1 to 7.8. During the upload of the sw, I get a system alert. "Overflow in /data ; Free space : 5% (9666 Blocks) - Min Free space : 10% (19061 Blocks)" . And this will cancel the upgrade. I have a lot of log files and CDR files. Can I somehow perhaps delete them? I also connected to LAN 3 port but with the same result. Reboot did not help..  What can I do?

Thank you

Br Henrik

Henrik,

You can try to restore to factory default using USB device as described in RMX Admin's Guide -> Restoring Defaults -> USB Restore. Don't start the configuration after the first reboot but reboot RMX once more. Please note that the most part of your current settings (including network configuration) will be lost. If this will not help you have to contact with Polycom Support.

Hope this could help.

WBR,

Mike

Well Mike

I rather not make a Factory default, only as the absolute final solution.

Thanks

Henrik
