I am having trouble getting the Roll Call Entry Tones options to appear on our RMX2000.

 

I have followed pages 15-20 to 15-20 of the RMX Admin Guide and changed the system flag IVR_ROLL_CALL_USE_TONES_INSTEAD_OF_VOICE to YES and restarted the RMX.

But the "Use Entry Tone" option still does not appear on the Roll Call screen in the Conference IVR Service Properties.

 

In the guide, this tab appears as "Roll Call/Notifications", but pn mine it just shows as "Roll Call"

 

We are running MCU version 7.2.1.25

Anyone seen this problem before?

We have upgraded our RMX to 7.6.1.136 and this has resolved the problem.
