Sometimes I am slightly disappointed by Polycom.

I would have thought that with RPRM building on CMA that any issues of previous would have been ironed out and that we would have a complete product with all the inconsistencies ironed out.

One small inconsistency I wish to highlight today is at Endpoint > Scheduled Management > Provisioning....

Why in the world can we not search using a filter for name on this page? What happened to uniformity throughout an interface.

It would make life easier if on this page in particular we could have search functionality. In the real world, organisations sometimes need to provision in phases and having to go through 20 pages on a page by page basis looking for endpoints to provision can be very labourious. (I know we can select view 1000 endpoints at a time, but the system slows down too much when you have 2000 endpoints - so there's another point for improvement - as opposed to being able to view 50, 100, 1000 or 2000 - why not have perhaps 250 and 500 also - would be a lot more useful)

Hope my feedback can be cascaded through to the developers for inclusion in a release sometime in the future.

With thanks

Hello AmsterUK,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Thank you for providing the above feedback.

The development of separate new solutions does not always include new features or additional capabilities as the evolution of such depends on the feedback we receive from users like yourself.

The process of new features or enhancements is driven by a business case and the ability to deploy this. You really need to work with your Polycom sales Engineer to bring this to the attention of our Product management in order to track this within our organization.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately I'm more the end user/administrator and not the implementor who was someone who had contact with the relevant person at Polycom.

In circumstances such as this, it might be valuable in addition for Polycom to be able to accept feedback directly from the administrator and/or end user who may not have access to a relationship with the relevant employee at Polycom. This will not only allow for real world feedback directly from people using the systems on a daily basis, but also allow Polycom to become more adaptive and retain competitive advantage.

Now however, I will have to go the longer route of having to attempt to escalate my feedback via the relevant hierarchy within my organisation with the *hope* that it might evenutally be cascaded back up to Polycom.

Thanks.
