Hi,

 

We are not able connect Multiparity Conferencing more than 6 endpoints from RMX 2000(licence 20HD) . 
RMX is registered with gatekeeper. CMA4000 System alerts pane showing Active call exceeded 90% of maximum call number in the CMA GK.

What does the RMX Web Interface show as used resources ?

If you are using CMA 6.2.5 the recommended and tested / supported RMX version is 7.8 as advised in the CMA 6.2.5 release notes => here <=

 

I suggest you work with your Polycom reseller to insure your infrastructure is on a supported level and then come back and report here.

Hi Stefen,

On same version of rmx & cma4000 before its working fine but today that can not happen
But you are right system should up to date on courrent version

But how can i solve this problem any suggestion stefen

Hi Stefen,

MPM + card is installed with RMX2000 at the time of installation
But currently it is MPM x card is that create a problem or something else.
