RMX1500 reset MOH back to default

HI,

 

I've done an install today and after testing the end customer MOH. He says me that he prefers using the default audio file.

Is there a way to download it or restore it ?

Mickael,

 

I downloaded the music file off of one of my bridges and attached it to this post. You can upload it to your customer's bridge if they want the default back.

Is there any way to use different MOH for different IVR profiles?

 

Some find the MOH distracting when they are the first to join

and there is a long delay before anyone else joins.

Also, it would be good to have some different music

choices for different customers.  I just created a

silence.wav file for those distracted, but I am sure

that others will complain.

Can I ask how you downloaded those files from the RMX?

I would like to do the same but for the welcome slides.
