Hi !

I have RMX1500 (VRMX1510HDR v7.6.1) and QDX6000 endpoints.

Point-to-point between the QDXs are obtained with a resolution 4CIF, but

if two QDXs connect  through RMX (meeting room or conference) the

resolution is 2CIF. No more users on RMX, only this two QDX.

Why i havent 2CIF through RMX ?

Have you looked at RMX port configuration?

PS: Скорость проверьте.

HP Recommended

What do you mean ? Ethernet speed from RMXport  to Net ? Through switches, routers and so on ....?

HP Recommended

No. In RMX Managment -> Setup -> Resolution Configuration -> Detailed

HP Recommended

Max CP Resolution HD720p30, video quality optimized

Detailed (in motion section):

CIF60 256K

SD60 768K

Connection speed  between QDXs and RMX more then 1M....

Also, check an address book, if you have endpoints in there, you can setup portt consuption per endpoint.

PS: Please, contact the reseller or techsupport, because it's like healing via photo )

HP Recommended

Endpoints video resolution = SD, video protocol = H264, bitrate = auto
