Hello, I found that my RMX1500 can not complete its boot process because the hard drive was faulty.

Is there any way to replace / reinstall its HDD?

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

Unfortunately, there is no way to reinstall/replace the faulty HDD in RMX 1500. you need to replace the entire RMX 1500 device for this issue.
