When I put a conference password to my virtual meeting room, in my Lync client I'm seeing the virtual meeting room offline and I can't make video calls.
However, when I remove the password from the meeting room I can see the presence in lync of that virtual room as online again.
I remember this not to be an issue, in my believe virtual rooms with PIN code worked fine before. I have no idea if any change caused this behaviour.
Any ideas?
