RMX backwards compatability with older Polycom systems.

Is there any way to get an Engineering  to give  a bit ( not a lot ) more nuts and bolts why the video output from the older units (VSX7000 & View stations)   thorough  the RMX to the HDX systems is so poor.   Maybe Explain the Code issue a bit between the old and new.

Please provide me with the following information to further investigate the matter:

1) Software version of the HDX, VSX and VVX

2) Software version of the RMX and any other Polycom infrastructure you have in your environment

3) Screen shot of the Resolution Configuration with the Detailed Configuration on the page expanded

4) What protocol is your VC's connecting with to each other and to the RMX
