Hello all,

We have an issue with our Polycom RMX and the Welcome Screen of an IVR Service.

We created a custom welcome screen as described by the RMX admin guide and succesfully uploaded it.

But every time we dial in to that IVR we see the custom welcome screen but it looks like it keeps "refreshing" the image.

So at first we see a good quality image but then after about 2 seconds the quality of the image degrades and builds up the quality again. And it keeps repeating that over and over.

Any ideas on what could be the issue here?

RMX is running version 8.1.7

Ha this is even more strange now.

We were able to download the default slide (with which we don't have a problem) and then we just changed the filename and reuploaded it and we have the same problem with that one.

So it's looks to be something with the way the file is uploaded.

We are experiencing this problem since a long time. I created a ticket and Polycom was able to recreate the scenario. But I haven't received a solution for this bug yet.

VC-Peter, how did you yolve the problem?
