Is there any way to change this value? Ideal is to display it forever. Couldn't find any info in user guide or knowlege base.

Hi Samael,

 

You mean that you want to show participant name on screen during conference, right?

Could you try to change system flag?

Setup -> System Configuration

Make sure selected "MCMS_PARAMETERS_USER"

Add below parameter by click "New Flag" button

  New Flag: SITE_NAMES_ALWAYS_ON
  Value: YES

Click "OK" button.

Reboot the system by click "System Reset" button on Hardware Monitor screen.
