We have a customer that's running an RMX 2000 (SW: 7.6.0.172) used as an ISDN Gateway.

This operates absolutely fine when any of their IP endpoints dial or receive calls from native ISDN endpoints.

The issue is when they try to dial to our IP endpoints that are behind an MGC-50 (SW: 9.0.4.3) ISDN Gateway, we see 'faulty connection' displayed  (in MGC Manager) for the ISDN participant, and the IP endpoints either end of the video call receive no video from each other.

Our MGC is also operating absolutely fine when any of our IP endpoints dial or receive calls from native ISDN endpoints.

Any solution to this?

This is kind of a known problem between gateways, its do able but did you get a response? Because I now have that exact issue and I would rather not waste days trying to uncover the solution. 🙂
