Hi Team,

 

I have RMX 2000 which has been used for almost 2 years now (Bought from UKto India).

 

Polycom HDX end points connecting properly to conference code dialling IP Address ## Conference code. But unable to connect Cisco end points. For info - Cisco dialling is CC@IP Address but still it is not landing the conference profile assigned instead it showing under single participant.

 

Kindly suggest what colud be the issue.

 

Model: RMX 2000

SW Version: MCU Version 8.5.13.314

 

Cisco End point- MX200 

SW Version: 7.3
