Good Day,

 

I exported my Address Book on my RMX 2000 Version 8.4 and tried to restore on Version 8.4. I get the attached error.

 

Please advise what I can do to resolve as it is a very big addressbook.

This is seems you have not filled complete detail in one of address book participante

 

Remove that particular one to avioed intruption while import the directory
