RMX 1830 sip issues

Polycom rmx 1830 is connected to pbx alcatel oxe via sip.

Sip participants  disconnected after 45 min.

How to view sip logs on rmx 1830.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Usually, you would use the RMX Local Web Client (RMX Manager) matching the software version of your RMX but please be aware that Logs are not meant for untrained end-users and only Poly support can analyze these correctly.

 

What does Alcatel state about why the call was disconnected? 

 

When using the above tool navigate to Administration > Tools > Logger Configuration and change the CS logs to include SIP messages for the CS logs.

 

For further questions, other volunteers can reply or contact Poly support.

What does Alcatel state about why the call was disconnected? 

sip request pending 491  message comes from the side polycom.

I didn't find logger configuration in the Administration > Tools > Logger Configuration

RMX Version is 8.7.5.891.

try Information Collector. It has been ages that I worked on an RMX. Again this is for Poly support personal only so at your own risk and trial and error.
