Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to setup a RMX 1500 but i cannot connect to it.

 

I configured the USB Key with the correct IP parameters, but I cannot access it using the RMX Manager. I tried using the Control Unit IP Address and the default login POLYCOM/POLYCOM, but it doesn't connect).

 

I tried to connect using the web interface, but it is not compatible with latest web browser versions. I can access with IE but I get the browser environment error. Any ideas on how can i configure it?

If the automatic repair tool doesn't fix the issue then try using the link in the upper right that says "Install RMX Manager". That will usually get past the browser security restrictions that have been put in place by your IT department.
