Hi,

 

I have an RPRM in version 8.4.1.0 . I have followed the procedure (http://documents.polycom.com/documents/video/platform-uc-infrastructure/management-applications/real...

We use RPD client v3.2.1.48697 for employee who are in AD "RETRAITE". This works correctly with their windows account.

However, the others employee who are in domain "RETCOM" couldn't authenticate with their windows account. Error message on RPD is "Erreur de format du message d'approvisionnement". Option "auto-discover"  is selected.
