Polycom RealPresence Resource Manager

Dear All, 

 

I have purchased a new Polycom Realpresence Resource Manager. 

 

Would you pleaser guide to how to start the installation process?

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Is this a physical Hardware with a DVD Installation or a virtual machine ?

 

Official documentation can be found => here <= and for any additional questions please work with your Polycom reseller as they should be providing support to you in regards of installing the unit.

 

In addition Polycom does offer various training courses that you could attend as the medium of a community is not really the right place to talk you through the installation.

This is a hardware without DVD and now i am reading Official documentation from the link.

I have downloaded the DVD Software from Inernet and now it is working normal and my problem has been solved!
