On our RMX2000, if I edit a Meeting Room and change any of the Info fields on the Information screen, it deletes the meeting room from the system. A Gateway Profile with the same name then appears on the RMX.

 

We are running MCU Version 7.6.1.136

 

What is going on?

Hello Robert,

A good method for checking existing issues is the release notes that come with new releases.

 

Example from the 7.6.1.138 (Page 157):

 

VNGFE-5517

When adding "Billing info" or data in any of the Info fields to a Meeting Room, that MR disappears and appears as a GW profile.

I can only recommend to upgrade to the latest Version.
