Description: File Type: RESERVATION DATABASE  FILE: rsrv7        

 

It casuse i can't log on the server with correct username and password,it keeps connectting .   After resetting the server ,it is ok.

 

What case the problem?

The rsrv7 file is a reservation file in the bin directory of the MGC operating system (either PSOS or XP depending on your controller). If it was just a one-time occurance, I wouldn't worry about it. If it is happening regularly, then I would recommend calling in to PGS so one of our techs can RDP into your MGC and delete the offending file from the bin directory.
