Hello,

Is it possible to view the temperature of the MGC + 100 READICONVENE  (Module Cards (Video + 8, and so on))?

The MGC Manager I could not find such an opportunity. Can the existing API (C++,XML) to implement this feature?

Reason: I do not keep track of the temperature and Video + 8 cards began to generate an error (NO_CONNECTION_WITH_CARD) as a result of many of the conference participants froze the image.

Configuration my MGC + 100 READICONVENE:
VMCU0040R, OS: XPeK, MCU VER 9.0.4.3

I really appreciate any help you can provide!

The MGC does not have any temperature sensors that I am aware of. There is nothing in MGC Manager. I took a look at the SNMP MIB files in case that may be an option but there is nothing in them that is temperature related. You are right to be conderned about the Video+8 cards. There is actually a small fan mounted on the GPU. If that fan fails, so will the rest of the card. It wouldn't hurt to pop the card out periodically and hit them with some compressed air to blow the dust off of them.
