hi,

 

i have a weird issue on a rmx 2000

on the RMX i tried to create a conference and added manually an ISDN participant with a 384 kbps bitrate

so in this case i will have 6 channels 384/64 = 6 channels

channels 1, 2 and 3 is ok

this issue is really weird, i tried on national call. it's working well. I contacted my provider i can make international calls. if i try a lower bitrate like 128kbps is ok (2 channels it's working)

 

Other things i tried this call on another rmx with a bitrate configured at 384 kbps it's ok (it's a polycom test number)

 

if you can help me on this issue it will be great

it's ok problem solved distant user don't accept calls with a 384kbps bitrate. it's ok
