I got RMX 2000 unit that I don't have password. RMX manager is connecting but when it promts for username and password combintation POLYCOM/POLYCOM does not work. I tried Factory Reset procedure described here and it looks like it is doing something (e.g. both IP addresses are changing) but username/password POLYCOM/POLYCOM still does not work. It keeps asking for username/password. Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks!
Hello, I have a rmx2000 team failed to set the IP address or know which is configured , try inserting the flash drive with lan.cfg and txt to restore factory IP , need help please.
