Hi,

We have a problem that is intermittent.  When connecting a HDX 4000 (2.5.0.8) or HDX 4000 (3.0.x.x) through the MGC manager (9.0.4.1) for a videoconference involving multiple sites, if we move the system back anf forth between VC's on the same Bridge (MGC-100) (9.0.1.8) we end up sometime with a Major on the Bridge cause by an Audio card (AUDIO +48/96) going faulty on the Bridge.

The conferences are set to continuous presence.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Neta,

I did some testing on this and was not able to reproduce the issue, however, I think it may be caused by the version mismatch between your manager software and your MGC. Try switching to version 9.0.1 MGC manager and see if the problem continues to happen then. You can get the MGC Manager version 9.0.1 here:
