Upgrade failed and unit hangs at boot. Errors No Floppy, No Keyboard, CMOS settings wrong .

Atempts to connect via console also fail.

Anyone have ideas on restoring to factory.

I assume you have a monitor connected to the unit and are seeing the errors there? If that is the case, then it sounds like something happened to the BIOS. It is hard to say, but in most of these cases, there isn't a way to field recover the unit. If you have an active service agreement on the unit, I would recommend calling in to 1-888-248-4143 for further assistance, as it sounds like an RMA may be required.
