Hello 

I have a problem with our video calls at a customer who just have had their solution upgraded during the weekend.

When calling internal fra one GS500 to another there is no problem connecting the call but the same system calling a VMR on the internet (The VMR is sat to auto answer the call) the call is not being connected the first time - But when the users are calling the secend (Or 3th) time the call is being connected directly.

 

There have been no changes to this flow but there is clearly something missing?
