DTMF tone not working when called via public IP - RMX1500

When RMX1500 signaling IP is dialed via public IP, the call lands to the RMX and IVR message is audible to enter Meeting room ID. When ID is entered I am able to hear the acceptance of the DTMF but no response after pressing # (i.e.) call doesn't land in the meeting room. The IVR repeats the message to enter the ID and doesn't provide any error message "invalid ID".

The same meeting room is working fine with Internal dialing within the network (LAN).

The outgoing to same Public IP from RMX is working fine.

Has any1 faced similar problem?  Pls reply for any solution

Hi,

you can try to get connect from diffrent string public ip##mcualias meeting id,for example 202.151.228.287(public ip)##56(mcualias)4321(meeting id).

is VBP involve in video infra part??
