does not working in low temperature

Hello,

I have realize that in low temperature my PLT 5200 doesnt` working.

I connected whit another phones, (Samsun, iPhone) but effect is the same. Someone who in on the other hand doesn`t hear me. Additional I hear myself echo.

 

some have the same problem?

Welcome to the Poly community. 

Does this happen only when the headset is being used in Low temperature? 

Also, Have you tried updating headset's firmware and/or  disabling smart sensors ?

 

You may also try re-pairing the headset with your smartphone and see if that helps in improving the situation. 

If these steps do not help, please work with our support team for further assistance.
