bluetooth connection issues PLANTRONICS Voyager Legend everyday same time

I currently have a PLANTRONICS Voyager Legend, and a motorola one 5g uw.

in the past I have used another voyager legend, a voyager pro+, another pro+, another pro+, and a voyager pro. all the way back to 2010.

my previous phones have been:

Motorola Z play (warranty replacement bad battery)

Motorola Z play

droid turbo

droid 3

a samsung phone (for work) that I don't remember the model.

every phone and every one of these bluetooth headsets have had the same weird issue. somewhere between the hours of 3-6 pm my bluetooth headset will randomly (during calls) disconnect and connect but only during conversation. no other times of day, and the headsets have 6 or 7 hours of runtime left. I don't talk on the phone a lot now, but this was more of a problem when I used to work (retired).

I generally have to turn the headset off and continue the call on speaker phone. once again this only happens in late afternoon, and stops around 6ish. does not matter where I am at the time.

anyone heard of this? anyone know the cause?
