Voyager Pro UC v2 - Firmware Update Issue

I've Plantronics Hub installed and it's having issue updating my Voyager Pro UC v2's firmware. 

It's basically stating "Unsupported Firmware Version" and contact Plantronics Support.


Product ID: 0106

Current Firmware: v60

Intended to install Firmware: v97


I have tried to update the firmware from both Mac and PC, and were unsuccessful.
