While using USB dongle the quality of sound and microphone was perfect, while is connected by bluetooth directly the sound quality I hear is ok, but microphone is set on extremely low level. In practice other participants can't hear me (it works but very very very low level and quality). I tried connecting to 2 PC and 2 mobile (Android) phones - on all devices the same result. Firmware of headset is up to date.
