Hi all,

I have recently purchased a voyager focus UC, which works really well on my desktop, which runs Windows 10 (so I guess there are no problems with headset).

However, when I use my brand new Dell XPS 17 9710, the audio sounds grainy and a bit distorted. It's relatively mild but it's definitely noticeable compared with my desktop.

This is particularly problematic because I use dictation software, which is main reaon I bought headset, and it affects accuracy.

Windows 11

Using BT700

Firmware V713

All drivers up to date. I've disconnected, restarted and reconnected.

Troubleshooter finds no problem.

Have turned off audio enhancements.

Have made default device in device manager.

Any ideas would be gratefull received. Let me know if further details helpful?

Thanks

Matt

Thanks very much for the reply. I tried disabling the driver then restarting, but no improvement of input audio, still distorted...

Any other ideas anyone? Will raise a ticket as well.
