Voyager Focus UC ANC causes feedback in left ear.

I've recently started using Voyager Focus UC headphones paired with BT700.

(Firmware v.713)

The headset worked fine for a few days but now has a series of intermittent faults.

I've had a few challenges with either no volume coming through the headset and just a clicking noise when Bluetooth is turned on, or the microphone working and no volume coming through the headset.

That seems to have resolved itself but there is a further problem - when ANC is turned on I get a 'screaming' feedback in my ear.  If I turn ANC off it goes, but no sound comes through the left ear.

Has anyone experienced this fault or can provide feedback as to how it could be resolved.
