Hi everyone,

 

I use the Voyager Focus 2 since months and i have an issue with it.

A week ago my usb dongle stays red and i can't take it back to that purple light that says the headset is well connected.

As I said the dongle is red and the Focus 2 is connected but the sound quality is pretty bad.

I've already reinstall Poly Lens / reset all parameters.

When the headset is in bluetooth mode on my computer or Phone there is no issue.

 

Someone has see this problem on their Headset ?
