Hi there. I'm new here and hope to learn a few things. I recently purchased a Voyager 5200 to use in conjunction with my Yealink T46G deskphone. I cannot get it to pair correctly. Any ideas? I've changed the slider bar on the bottom to each letter and tried it to no effect. This Unable to connect to Yealink T46G link says the firmware of the phone needs to be updated to 28.81.0.110, but my phone is passed that version, it is on 28.83.0.130. 

 

If I can't get it going, I'll have to buy an older Plantronics CS530, that one was working till I had to give it up to the receptionist as the battery in hers went dead.
