I had a 5200 uc, it worked fine, then suddenly stopped working.  Just a paperweight.  Got a new one under warranty and this one does not work, either.  Charged 24 hours, plugged in USB to PC all that happens is it tells me it's fully charged and there is no phone connected.  Tried pairing, tried changing settings, went back to default, plugged headset directly into charging cable, unplugged everything and plugged back in, downloaded updates, multiple restarts of computer.  Have never gotten steady blue light on USB, it either flashes purple or has no light at all.

I need this headset for MS Teams meetings, but I'm still having to call in separately from my desk phone.  I have also purchased this model for several other people in my department who have had no problems.  Something happened during usage of the previous set-up and that continues with the new one to not allow it to work with my PC.  My own IT people have no idea what to do, even though Plantronics is our primary vendor for headsets, they receive no training, so the standard response is 'get a new one'.

Can someone suggest something I haven't tried, or what might be keeping it from working?
