This is my second pair.  The dog ate my first ones.  This pair did not charge. Just kept blinking red.  I tried the wire and it would not charge.  I turned them off and connected to the wire and they did charge.  I am not sure about the base yet because I have to work and dont want to risk it not charging again.  

Is my base faulty?  I never had to turn off the headset with my first pair to charge them.  Is that a thing?

A new problem has come up when I tried to use my fully charged headset.
I put them on, it gives me the fully charged notification. the computer says they are fully charged.

Then the head set starts beeping like it is dying. Every few seconds beep beep. Even though it says it is fully charged it keeps beeping and the red light is flashing on the headset.

This. is. driving. me. crazy.

I cannot function at work like this. Please help. The headset is unusable like this.
