Voyager 4320 Drop Connection with Red Light

I've recently got this headset, and it's been a real pain to use. Running Windows 10, and having downloaded Lens and updated the headset and USB receiver firmware, it still continues with the same issue - make or receive a call and the connection is lost, red flashing light on the headset.
It does work sometimes, regardless of whether I switch off the headset between calls or not, but at least once a day, I take a call and the headset is flashing red and there is no connection. Sometimes switching the headset off and on again is enough, other times, it needs the USB receiver to be removed and re-inserted to work again.

I've been sent another headset (4310) to try but before I start to use that, I'd like to see if I can get this one working as it's more comfortable with the dual earpieces.

FYI Seeing the same issue with the 4310.

Are there any known issues with these headsets on Win10 Enterprise (12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12800H 1.80 GHz, 32GB RAM)?
