I have about 30 of these units - about 2 years old. 4220 headset with the Voyager Base CD. During Teams calls - the headset loses incoming and outgoing audio. Battery is at 75%
If I'm in an office, I can change the devices. If I'm in a more public space, I will need to leave the call and rejoin - and audio is restored.
Software Version: 614 on headset and 438 on base. Lens version 1.1.21
I've put in one ticket on one unit thus far - and Poly Support indicated that they'd send a new unit, but are out of stock (which is odd since it's in reseller stock).
Any ideas on dealing with this issue?
