I'm getting swamped with user complaints that their headsets are disconnecting and reconnecting during Teams calls and meetings.  All have firmware up to date.  We just bought 100 and are about to buy more, but not if this is an ongoing issue.  When sitting right in front of the PC, the connection will just drop and the user hears "PC disconnected" then usually it will reconnect on it's own.  It's having a really negative impact on my users. Here are the details:

  • All computers are running Windows 10 Enterprise
  • All users are using the accompanying USB adapter for BT connectivity (BT600 or BT700)
  • Voyager 4210 firmware version is 614
  • Voyager 5200 firmware version is 513
  • BT 600 firmware version is 2120

Hello @Rial_Coleman_DC_Water

Welcome back to Poly Community !!

I would suggest you to directly connect BT600 with your PC instead of using any docking stations, splitters, or hubs.

If you still encounter the issue, kindly open a support ticket with Poly as there are various components involved here & may require further investigation to find out the root cause.
