Use BT600 as generic Bluetooth adaptor

I have found a spare BT600 USBA dongle in our office that is not needed. I would like to be able to use this dongle in another Windows desktop to give it Bluetooth functionality an be able to interface with some other hardware (Not just wireless headphones but other Bluetooth functionality).
Are there any drivers available so my system recognises the dongle as a generic BT adaptor instead of just headphone/microphone functionality?

Hello @culther ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Yes, you should be able to pair generic Bluetooth devices with the dongle but the functionality may depend on the options they support.
