Hello all,

I work as a technical support for our company. We all use Plantronics Voyager Focus UC for our work (we receive calls from our shops when they have technical issues).

Anyway we are now hiring new employees and we need to somehow be able to use two Plantronics Voyager focus UC headphones on one PC (one will be main headset that will be used by senior specialist and the other one will be worn by new employee). Is there a way to set them up so only one headset is picking up microphone a sound from the person that is calling us and the other headset is purely used for listening on the call?

We use Workspace Desktop Edition from Genesys to connect these calls to us.
Will it work if I connect both usb headsets and then in windows - sound disable microphone for the secondary headset? Or am I just simplifying it and I would need a third party product - if any exist?

Also, I know about D112 Y training adapter (example) but we don´t want to use wired headphones.

Thanks

Hello @TomiSVK ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

I believe this is a restriction of the OS aka Microsoft and I believe Apple does not allow two connections via Bluetooth.
