My Voyager Focus 2 works fine when connected directly to PC (windows 10). But, when connected via BT700, it is not recognized by Microsoft Teams, it doesn't even appear in the device options to be selected. Although it works for listening in other apps (spotify for example).
I tried reinstalling drivers in Device manager, deleting the headset from PC and adding again, but no success.
Has anyone had this issue?
Is it a problem with the headset or Teams configuration?
