I'm using my Voyager Focus 2 (and BT700) in combination with Skype for Business for a wile now. In the past I could use all features of the headset within Skype for Business. I could answer calls by taking the headphone out of the docking station, mute/unmute during conversations/meeting by raising/lowering the microphone boom, controlling the PC volume with the headset buttons, etc...
I recently had to change the laptop provided by my employer. On my new laptop I can't us any of the above mentioned features. I installed the plantronie hub and played around with the settings, but still no succes.
Does anybody know what I can do to regain the features?
