Did you solve this problem? Mine 4320UC are behaving in the same way.

Your reply is appreciated, although it's not really helpful.

Hello @e1b3k

this forum is hosted by HP Poly but run by volunteers only. Only HP Poly support can most likely help you. I would assume this would be via an RMA.

If that reply does not help you and you find it that way I am unable to provide any more help

All of the above is outlined throughout the forum and in my signature

Best Regards

Well Steffen, I don't know whether RMA is required, however your comments are quite discouraging users here. This space will become useless for users as such generic response in relation to premium product is not something that client might expect. Because of your comment I'm rather leaning towards returning this product and requesting full refund instead of actually fixing the problem.

Hello @e1b3k

you are completely entitled to do what you want but if you seek help I suggest working directly with our support organization as the specialists in their teams will be able to solve this for you one way or another.

This is the quickest and most direct way and if you do not believe this I am unable to comment further.

Only the direct manufacturer support team will be able to diagnose the issue and by directly contacting my employer we should find the root cause. You and @poly voyager 4220 UC   may have faulty hardware and an RMA will get you a working device. This way you help our support organization identify an issue we can rectify and help others.

If you rather choose and wait for some random other volunteer or guest to respond in days or weeks to come feel free to do so.

Again I am trying to help you in responding in the 1st place and joining your post to the other existing post only started a few days ago.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
