Hello, I have been using Poly Voyager Focus 2 for some time now, however I always have had a little bit of an issue with the audio quality being reduced while using microphone.

 

I understand this is due to Blutoooth limitations - this is due to bluetooth bandwidth the audio quality will be reduced when moving from audio streaming (dongle led is purple) to headset mode (dongle led is blue).

 

However, I am experiencing the same problem when connecting the headset via USB (audio over USB). This is, I can happily listen to some music on Youtube and quality is as I would expect. But the moment I receive a call (or start to do voice recording), the quality of the music is dropping noticably. I was not expecting such experience while in corded mode? Is there an issue with my headset?
