I am having two issues or perhaps 1 issue that has 2 symptoms. The BT600 is constantly flashing blue even though I am not on a call and the mute button will not let me unmute the microphone. I click it and it will turn BT600 red and say "mute on" when I click it again it will say "mute on. mute off." together like that and BT600 stays red.
I've had this issue before but I don't know what caused it then. This time I noticed this happened when I was on a softphone call through vonage and hit the bluetooth/call button by mistake. I tried hitting the button while on a call again but it did not undo whatever was done.
Any ideas?
