Hello,

 

we have some users with a Poly Voyager 4220 UC and BT600. The headset keeps losing connection several times during a call to the BT600 dongle and re-pairs automatically after a few seconds. The maximum distance between the headset and the dongle is 1m. Does anyone know this problem or a solution?

 

Software versions:

Dell Latitude 5510: Drivers up to date

Windows 10: Version 1909 (Build 18363.1556)

Plantronics Hub: 3.25.0 | Build 37131

BT600: v.2120

Voyager 4220 Series: v.614
